- Improve C3D reader to get rotations data contained in metadata.

- The residual values of points are not part of the current API; any function that had an association with residual values was either removed or adapted accordingly.
- Improve behaviour of points when reading invalid data (e.g. marker occlusion). Instead of reading
0, now readsNaNand no longer has to rely on residuals.

- All functions related to Vicon analysis were removed pending community discussion. This part was removed from the C3D specifications.
- All MetaData functions with a variadic overload (any arguments of the form
...) are removed.
