What belongs to whom ¶

The text, layout, photography and code of this site belong to Moveck Solution Inc. The Moveck mark, the Moveck wordmark and the product marks for Bridge, Pipe, Cleanse and Explore are ours, and the brand guidelines govern how they may be reproduced. Do not reuse them to suggest a partnership or an endorsement that does not exist.

The typefaces on this site, Outfit and Figtree, are free software under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are served from this site. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine; republishing a page is not.

The terms that apply to the software ¶

This site describes the software; it does not license it. Each application carries its own terms and they are the ones that bind you.

Bridge is free, and continues the lineage of the Biomechanical ToolKit. Its licence sits with the source in its public repository, and that licence governs your use of it.

Pipe and Cleanse are commercial applications, sold through our distribution network. The licence agreement supplied with the software, and your agreement with the distributor who supplied it, are what apply. Nothing on this site changes them. The agreement is presented at installation and is available on request.

Explore is not yet released. Its terms will be published with it.

What this site is not ¶

Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here is a diagnosis. Our software computes movement parameters from data you supply; interpreting those parameters, and every clinical or training decision that follows, stays with the qualified professional making it.

Moveck software analyzes motion-capture data. It is not a certified medical device in any market, and it does not make or replace clinical decisions; those remain with the treating professional.

Accuracy and availability ¶

We keep this site current and the documentation versioned, but we cannot promise either is free of error, nor that the site is always reachable. Documentation for an archived release stays available and stops being updated, and it says so at the top of the page.

Links out to repositories, standards bodies and partner sites are provided because they are useful. What is on them is not ours and we do not vouch for it.

Applicable law ¶

This notice is governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Where you deal with a distributor, your agreement with them may name a different forum, and that agreement takes precedence for anything between you and them.
